Responsibilities:
- Prepare Detail Drawing.
- Review customer requirements to assure quality practices and procedures are in compliance.
- Prepare Monthly and Weekly QAQC Report.
- Conduct and attend QAQC Meeting with project construction team, sub-contractors and Client.
- To prepare materials schedules & cash flow for each project
- Responsible for the BQ & material, tendering & cost analysis
- Manage value for money and cost saving interior fit-out projects as well tender projects while achieving the required standard and quality
- Obtain for quotation, liaise and negotiate with various supplies and sub-contracts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey, Interior Design ,Engineering (Civil & Structural), or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft & Adobe Photoshop
- Good command of written and spoken English and able to write detail inspection reports
- Ability to take initiatives and follow-up with details.
- Committed and dedicated to assigned activities by the company
- Experience in managing projects from conceptualization to completion
- Good initiative, positive attitudes and able to work independently
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen and good proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin
- At least 2 years of working experience

- Supervise all construction works on projects.
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of works at site.
- Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at project site.
- Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, Construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of materials on time.
- Assists in progress report preparation.
- Prepare site diary inspection checklist.
Requirements:
- Minimum CERT/DIP in Interior Design/Architectural
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and self motivated
- Training provided
- Working experience and site experience would be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

- Must be familiar with materials, Space Planning, detailing and finishing.

- Minimum CERT/DIP in Interior Design/Architectural
- Required skills for Interior Designers: AUTOCAD, 3D Studio MAX and V-Ray .
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and self motivated
- Working experience and site experience would be an added advantage
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
